About the Role

In this Warehouse Maintenance Associate position at our Topeka location, you'll oversee the upkeep and repair of critical building systems throughout our warehouse facility. Working in our warehouse environment, you'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and execute repairs to keep operations running smoothly and safely every day.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair building support systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to catch issues before they impact operations
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete repairs using appropriate tools and techniques
• Respond to maintenance requests from warehouse operations staff promptly and efficiently
• Document maintenance activities and follow established safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to schedule work with minimal operational disruption

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Hands-on warehouse maintenance or facilities maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of building systems and equipment repair
• Comfort using hand tools and power equipment safely
• Strong mechanical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Safety-first mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
