About the Role
We're hiring part-time CNAs to deliver direct patient care across our service areas, including Sebastian, Satellite Beach, Palm Bay, West Melbourne, Melbourne, and Barefoot Bay. This position offers flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle while providing essential healthcare services to individuals in our community.
What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Help patients with mobility, positioning, and transferring safely
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments
- Assist with medical procedures under nursing supervision
What We're Looking For
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Cleared Level 2 background check with fingerprints
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with patients
- Reliable transportation within our service areas
- Ability to work flexible, part-time hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
