What You'll Do

• Design professional graphics, layouts, and visual content for print, digital, web, and multimedia platforms
• Transform complex technical information into accessible, visually engaging materials that communicate clearly to target audiences
• Collaborate with program teams, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to understand communication objectives and design requirements
• Develop and produce infographics, presentations, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia content
• Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all design deliverables
• Manage design projects from initial concept and strategy through production and final delivery
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions to refine designs and meet quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design and multi-media production with a strong portfolio
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, design platforms, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to take complex subject matter and create clear, compelling visual solutions
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to producing high-quality, professional work
• Experience designing for federal agencies or government programs is highly valued
