Graphic Designer – Multi-Media Specialist

Maximus is recruiting a Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist for our Roswell, Chaves County office. As a full-time member of our team, you will provide essential design and visual communication support to critical federal healthcare initiatives that impact public health outcomes nationwide.

Position Summary

This is an opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical initiative supporting the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN). As a Graphic Designer - Multi-Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for translating complex regulatory, technical, and operational information into polished, intuitive visual materials. Your design work will serve stakeholders across the healthcare system who depend on clear, accessible program communications to carry out their essential work.

Core Duties

• Create and produce diverse visual assets including infographics, technical diagrams, presentations, reports, and digital media
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, program leaders, and content teams to understand objectives and audience requirements
• Transform dense, technical information into clear, engaging visual narratives that drive understanding
• Maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all project deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
• Refine designs based on stakeholder input and testing, ensuring solutions meet project goals

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in professional design software and digital production tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, multimedia, and visual communication work
• Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, compelling visual solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Proven track record of delivering accurate, detail-oriented work under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in government, healthcare, regulatory, or public sector design a plus
