Accounting Project Coordinator

Hunt Electric is hiring a full-time Accounting Project Coordinator in Granger, Salt Lake County to support our project management and accounting operations. What This Role Involves

As an Accounting Project Coordinator, you'll serve as a key support function within our project management structure. Your primary focus will be ensuring that financial documentation, project records, and administrative materials are maintained with precision and completeness across multiple concurrent engagements. You'll work closely with our project management team to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive records and documentation for multiple active projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with project managers to organize, track, and manage project-related files and communications
• Support accounting processes by ensuring proper documentation is filed and accessible
• Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders in person and via standard communication channels
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with company standards
• Handle administrative coordination tasks to support smooth project execution

• Proven ability to self-manage workload and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
