Role Overview

As a Sales Associate III at Coach, you'll be a key member of our retail team, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers while driving sales and supporting our store's operational success. Working in our Garden City location, you'll embody Coach's commitment to craftsmanship and inclusivity, helping customers discover beautifully designed products that reflect their personal style.

Core Duties

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and guiding them toward Coach products that align with their lifestyle
• Complete transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and process payments securely
• Build customer relationships and support repeat business through personalized service
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards throughout the store
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking stock
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
• Stay current with Coach product collections, brand heritage, and company initiatives
