Your Responsibilities

• Represent Whizz at community events, delivery hubs, and rider meetups across SoMa and surrounding neighborhoods
• Educate delivery professionals about Whizz e-bike features, benefits, and how to access affordable mobility solutions
• Build genuine relationships with riders, partners, and local stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and trust
• Share compelling stories about real rider experiences and Whizz's impact on urban delivery
• Gather feedback from the community and relay insights to the team to strengthen our offerings
• Support promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness of our e-bike solutions

What We're Looking For

• A natural communicator who can explain complex products in simple, relatable terms
• Genuine enthusiasm for sustainable transportation and urban mobility innovation
• Proven ability to build authentic relationships and earn trust in a community-focused setting
