Service Technician (Pinnacle Pointe)

Block Real Estate Services is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join the Pinnacle Pointe community in Quivira, Johnson County. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining quality grounds and facilities for our residents.

What This Role Involves

The Service Technician position is core to keeping Pinnacle Pointe clean, functional, and attractive for all residents. You'll handle a diverse range of maintenance and cleaning work across our community's grounds, exterior spaces, and common areas. Your efforts directly impact how residents experience their homes and the overall pride of the community.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain grounds, landscaped areas, and exterior common spaces throughout the community
• Keep amenity areas, building exteriors, and other common facilities presentable and well-maintained
• Service dumpster and trash collection areas with regular cleaning and proper upkeep
• Maintain mailbox areas and other exterior resident-accessible features
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including comprehensive cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
• Respond to assigned maintenance requests and address building care needs promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical maintenance work, including outdoor labor and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and building standards
• Reliable transportation to the Quivira, Johnson County location
• Willingness to follow maintenance procedures and learn community-specific processes
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
• CFC certification is not required for this position
