Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and conduct closings for both buyers and sellers
• Organize and coordinate remote closing sessions when needed
• Prepare and process transaction files from intake through completion
• Schedule closing appointments and request timely title updates
• Investigate and resolve outstanding title issues to clear each file
• Respond to and resolve any client or customer concerns that arise
• Support outreach and marketing visits to lenders and real estate agents, working alongside the marketing representative as requested
• Mentor and train new team members on closing procedures

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
