About the Role

As a Sales Associate you will be the friendly face that helps customers find everything from décor accents to seasonal essentials. Working closely with management, you’ll maintain visual standards, keep shelves stocked, and ensure each visit leaves a positive impression.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products that match their style and budget
• Process purchases accurately at the register, handling cash, card, and mobile payments
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and in back‑room areas according to planograms
• Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking boxes, and preparing new items for display
• Maintain a clean, organized store by straightening shelves, folding textiles, and tidying displays
• Participate in seasonal merchandising changes and promotional set‑ups
• Share product knowledge and care tips to enhance the customer’s shopping confidence
• Support loss‑prevention efforts by monitoring floor activity and following company policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 pounds) during shifts
• Basic math competence for handling transactions and inventory counts
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
