What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair powersports equipment including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and seasonal service on customer equipment
- Replace components and parts according to manufacturer specifications and service manuals
- Document all service work accurately and communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and properly care for tools and equipment
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer deadlines and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with powersports equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, service bulletins, and schematics
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
- Reliable, professional attitude and solid communication skills
