What You'll Do
- Set up lab stations by arranging equipment, anatomical models, reagents, and consumables according to instructor specifications.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and sample materials ahead of scheduled experiments.
- Break down workstations after each session, cleaning surfaces, glassware, and reusable tools.
- Manage inventory levels, reorder supplies, and track usage to prevent shortages.
- Assist science instructors with demonstrations and answer basic student procedural questions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper disposal of hazardous waste and maintenance of safety data sheets.
- Document any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
