About the Role

As an RBT you will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. You will support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through structured interventions and data collection.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one‑on‑one therapy sessions following BCBA‑designated programs.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data to track progress and inform plan adjustments.
• Assist with skill acquisition programs targeting language, play, and self‑help abilities.
• Implement behavior reduction strategies safely and consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy space and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Communicate session outcomes to supervisors and participate in team meetings.
• Engage with families to provide updates and guidance on generalization of skills.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while adapting to client needs.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with clinicians, parents, and caregivers.
• Reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
