About the Role
As a full‑time member of our caregiving team, you will deliver personalized assistance that promotes safety, comfort, and dignity for each individual we serve.
What You'll Do
- Help clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure proper hydration and nutrition.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor adherence to prescribed routines.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation, hobbies, and light recreational activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including tidying living spaces, laundry, and dishwashing to maintain a safe environment.
- Document observations and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors and family members.
- Follow infection control protocols and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and client rights.
What We're Looking For
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or proven experience as a professional caregiver.
- Compassionate attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while following care plans.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures, infection control, and emergency response.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes within Hancock County.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and required health assessments.
