What You'll Do

- Lead credit analysis and underwriting decisions while maintaining rigorous risk management and compliance standards
- Build and sustain deep client relationships through proactive consultation and strategic financial planning support
- Coordinate with investment advisors, estate planning specialists, and other wealth professionals to deliver integrated services
- Mentor and develop junior bankers while contributing to team and departmental goals
- Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's risk governance policies
