- Assist with classroom and behind‑the‑wheel instruction, covering hours‑of‑service rules, cargo securement, and company policies.
- Participate in ride‑along evaluations and help develop individualized improvement plans for trainees.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and safety teams to report any mechanical issues or compliance concerns.
- Adhere to a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, typically 06:15 – 16:15, with daily home time.
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL‑A with a clean driving record.
- At least 12 months of verifiable over‑the‑road trucking experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others; prior instructor or lead‑driver experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerated cargo handling and temperature monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety culture.
