Senior Associate, Brand Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Brand Manager at WK Kellogg Co, you will serve as a key driver of brand strategy and day-to-day execution for an iconic consumer packaged goods portfolio. You'll collaborate across marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to bring compelling brand initiatives to life — from concept through in-market delivery — all in service of a mission rooted in nutrition, community, and positive impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated brand plans that align with annual marketing strategies and business objectives
• Lead creative development and campaign management in partnership with external agency teams
• Analyze market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities and inform brand decisions
• Manage brand P&L inputs, track budget pacing, and support accurate financial forecasting
• Partner with cross-functional teams — including innovation, packaging, and shopper marketing — to deliver cohesive consumer experiences
• Monitor competitive activity and category dynamics, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Support new product launches and packaging updates from briefing through retail execution
• Present brand performance and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3–5 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally within consumer packaged goods or food and beverage
• Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, or comparable syndicated data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into clear business narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional partnership
• Passion for food, consumer culture, and purpose-driven brands
