Commercial Specialist

About the Role

This full‑time position focuses on serving commercial customers, managing orders, and driving business growth within the local market. The role combines direct customer interaction with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and accurate order entry.
• Maintain precise billing records and monitor shipments to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Visit client accounts regularly to build rapport, assess needs, and uphold service standards.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and in‑person outreach efforts.
• Follow established cash handling procedures, including processing deposits and collections.
• Document transaction details and perform routine inspections to support inventory accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or automotive parts is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with business clients and internal teams.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with point‑of‑sale or billing systems.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or a related field, preferably with exposure to commercial accounts.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail when managing paperwork and cash.
• A self‑motivated attitude with the drive to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
