About the Role

This position combines client service excellence with technical tax expertise and team leadership. You will work across a diverse client base, serving as a trusted advisor on complex federal tax matters while guiding junior staff and coordinating project execution across multiple engagements.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth federal tax reviews and analyses, translating regulatory complexity into clear, actionable recommendations
• Develop tax strategies that address clients' business objectives while managing risk and compliance exposure
• Lead engagements with enterprise clients, coordinating teams and ensuring delivery of high-quality findings and recommendations
• Mentor junior tax professionals and contribute to the development of team capabilities
• Maintain current knowledge of federal tax law, policy developments, and emerging planning strategies
• Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities aligned with clients' overall business strategy

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of federal tax consulting, corporate tax, or related professional experience
• Strong technical foundation in federal income tax principles, planning, and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and manage complex engagements
• Excellent analytical and communication skills—ability to explain sophisticated tax concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• CPA license or pathway to licensure (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as project needs require
