Sr. Manager, T-Line South – Location Flexible

PG&E Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager for T-Line South operations, based in Alleghany, Sierra County. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing transmission line infrastructure and operations for the electric utility's southern transmission network.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of T-Line South, you'll direct all operational and maintenance activities across our transmission lines in your assigned region. You'll lead a team responsible for ensuring safe, reliable power delivery to thousands of customers, managing both preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and overseeing capital projects that upgrade and modernize electric infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily transmission line operations, maintenance, and safety compliance across your territory
• Manage team performance, development, and scheduling to meet operational targets
• Direct maintenance and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures across your operations
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and field teams to prioritize work and respond to system needs
• Monitor equipment condition, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend infrastructure upgrades
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain detailed operational records

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience in electric utility transmission line operations or related engineering field
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of transmission line maintenance, safety standards, and electrical systems
• Project management and budget oversight capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in field environments and coordinate remote operations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your region as needed
