About the Role

As a Senior Loan Support Analyst, you'll serve as a critical member of our commercial lending team, providing essential support for asset-backed financing transactions. You'll combine technical expertise with attention to detail to ensure smooth loan operations, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the lending lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Process and prepare loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform asset verification and validate loan collateral documentation for asset-backed financing transactions
• Coordinate with underwriting, origination, and portfolio management teams to resolve loan exceptions and operational issues
• Maintain loan records and system data with precision, updating status tracking and compliance documentation
• Review loan agreements and facility terms, flagging discrepancies or compliance concerns for senior staff
• Communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties to gather information and provide status updates
• Support portfolio management activities, including monitoring loan covenants and reporting requirements
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in loan support, loan operations, or commercial lending administration
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, and commercial lending practices
• Proficiency with loan management systems and standard business software applications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally across departments
