Small Cell Technician – Kentucky / Indiana / Ohio

Peak Utility Services Group is hiring a full-time Small Cell Technician at our Pride, Union County location serving Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to join a premier provider of electrical construction, maintenance, and repair services that specializes in critical infrastructure—from power distribution and transmission to substation and fiber installations.

About the Role

As a Small Cell Technician, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot small cell wireless equipment that supports telecommunications infrastructure across our service region. You'll work with specialized equipment, collaborate with experienced teams, and ensure systems operate reliably and safely in the field.

What You'll Do

• Install small cell equipment on poles, buildings, and approved structures
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using test tools and technical procedures
• Test system functionality and document results accurately
• Follow safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with network operators and construction crews to meet project schedules
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and equipment status

What We're Looking For

• Technical experience with wireless equipment, telecommunications systems, or related infrastructure
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather and outdoor conditions
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to pursue relevant technical certifications
• Physical capability to lift equipment and perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and reliable communication with team members
