We're hiring a Manager, HR Business Partner at Tiffany & Co. The Landmark in Grand Central, Manhattan. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll drive human resources strategy and culture transformation at one of the world's most iconic luxury retail destinations.
About the Role
As HR Business Partner Manager, you'll be a strategic advisor to The Landmark's leadership team, supporting a diverse workforce of 300+ employees. You'll connect our HR vision with business priorities, ensuring we maintain an exceptional culture while delivering world-class customer experiences in the luxury retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with store leadership on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategy
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure compliance with employment policies
- Build learning and development programs that grow our people
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders across The Landmark location
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR experience in people management
- Proven success in retail, luxury goods, or complex, high-volume business environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with business acumen and HR expertise
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable at all organizational levels
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Ability to balance tactical HR execution with long-term strategic planning
