About the Role
As Senior Finance Manager for our Integrated Supply Chain operations, you'll own the financial strategy, planning, and execution that drives operational excellence. You'll lead a team of finance professionals, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and partner directly with supply chain leadership to optimize costs, improve margins, and deliver fiscal accountability across a complex, regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee annual financial plans, forecasts, and long-term budgets for integrated supply chain operations
- Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics for executive stakeholders
- Direct and mentor a team of finance analysts and accounting professionals
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, security protocols, and government/defense contracting regulations
- Support contract negotiations, procurement financial analysis, and supplier cost management
- Manage general ledger accounts, internal controls, and financial systems for supply chain operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of financial management experience, ideally in supply chain, operations, or defense contracting
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
- Current Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain clearance)
- Knowledge of defense contracting, government regulations, and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and Excel
