Collective Trainer- Sustainment with Security Clearance

CSA Global LLC is hiring a full-time Collective Trainer specializing in Sustainment at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This role requires an active security clearance and supports critical training operations for defense personnel at one of the Army's premier installation training centers.

About This Position

CSA Global LLC delivers integrated technology and operational support services to the Department of Defense and federal government. We're seeking an experienced training professional to lead instruction and curriculum development focused on sustainment operations at Fort Leavenworth. You'll combine hands-on teaching, program design, and performance evaluation to build sustainment competency across military and operational teams.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver training programs covering sustainment collective operations and procedures
• Instruct military personnel and operational teams on sustainment processes and best practices
• Assess trainee performance and provide detailed feedback on competency development
• Develop and maintain training materials, scenarios, and instructional resources
• Work with military leadership to identify training requirements and address capability gaps
• Track training outcomes and prepare effectiveness reports for program stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (required) or ability to obtain one
• Proven experience in military training, sustainment operations instruction, or defense training roles
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with military personnel and understand military operations and culture
• Experience designing, developing, or delivering training curricula
• Commitment to training quality, accuracy, and measurable learner outcomes
