Business Development Director, Arc – Remote

Circle is seeking a Business Development Director for Arc, our enterprise platform serving the digital finance market. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to Circle's mission from our Grand Central, Manhattan headquarters.

Position Summary

As Business Development Director for Arc, you'll lead market development and partnership initiatives that accelerate enterprise adoption of blockchain infrastructure solutions. You'll identify high-impact opportunities, cultivate relationships with institutional customers, and drive revenue growth for Circle's enterprise platform serving the financial services sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and qualify enterprise partnerships and customer opportunities aligned with Arc's growth strategy
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting institutional buyers and strategic partners in financial services
• Own the end-to-end sales process for major accounts, from prospecting through contract closure
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the blockchain and fintech sectors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams to support customer success and accelerate deployments
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform business positioning and pricing
• Forecast pipeline activity and drive progress toward revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years driving enterprise business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative sales in B2B technology or financial services
• Demonstrated success closing significant deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales negotiations
• Deep familiarity with blockchain technology, digital assets, payments infrastructure, or fintech markets
• Proven ability to identify emerging opportunities and build solutions-focused sales processes
• Executive presence and strong communication skills across diverse audiences
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate autonomously and drive accountability for measurable results
