About the Role
As a Deal Leader in IBM's Data and AI practice, you combine technical expertise with strategic business acumen to architect and deliver high-impact cloud solutions. You'll work directly with clients across industries to translate their data challenges into scalable, innovative AI and analytics solutions that drive measurable business transformation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data strategies and AI/ML architectures aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with clients to assess data landscapes, identify opportunities, and define comprehensive roadmaps for analytics and AI capabilities
- Architect scalable, secure cloud-based data platforms and AI solutions that meet enterprise requirements
- Guide cross-functional teams through solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and technical excellence
- Build and strengthen strategic client relationships, positioning IBM as a trusted partner for business transformation
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions that demonstrate ROI and drive deal progression
- Stay current with emerging data, AI, and cloud technologies to advise clients on innovation opportunities and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise data and AI solutions in cloud environments
- Strong understanding of data strategy, analytics platforms, machine learning, and their business applications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-level executives and business stakeholders
- Track record of leading large, complex deals and managing enterprise client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive value creation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
