About the Role
UW Hillel seeks a detail-oriented, organized professional to serve as Operations & Data Manager for our development department. You'll be the backbone of our data operations—ensuring our donor information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to support our fundraising and community engagement efforts. This part-time position reports to our Director of Operations and works closely with our Development Officer and CEO to advance the organization's mission.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage our donor database, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and proper documentation
- Enter, update, and organize donor and prospect information in our CRM and operational systems
- Generate reports and data summaries to support fundraising strategies and program decisions
- Coordinate with the development and operations teams to identify data needs and provide insights
- Track metrics and outcomes related to donor engagement and operational performance
- Assist with database administration tasks and system maintenance
- Support administrative functions that enable our team to focus on mission-driven work
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with data entry, spreadsheets, and database management systems
- Comfort learning new software tools and databases quickly
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Interest in nonprofit operations, fundraising, or data management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time role
- Experience with donor databases or CRM systems is a plus
