About the Role
As a Legal Administrative Assistant - Litigation, you'll be integral to our legal operations, handling the administrative functions that keep litigation matters progressing efficiently. Your work will directly support our attorneys and contribute to successful case outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Maintain attorney calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate depositions and court appearances
- Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation files and case documents according to legal standards
- Assist with legal filings, court documentation, and critical deadline management
- Support discovery coordination, including document organization and review management
- Manage client and opposing counsel communications with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records and manage billing information for attorney time
- Utilize case management software and legal document management systems effectively
- Coordinate with courts, external vendors, and litigation support services as needed
