You lead every phase of project evaluation, from initial client consultation through final proposal delivery. What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site assessments and precise measurements for tile and stone projects
• Develop detailed, competitive estimates that reflect market conditions and craftsmanship standards
• Consult directly with clients to understand scope, preferences, and expectations
• Drive the estimating process with accuracy and attention to detail that builds client trust
• Apply deep knowledge of Southwest Florida market dynamics to position Bella Tile & Marble competitively
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure estimates align with execution capability
• Mentor team members on estimation best practices and project standards
