About the Role

You'll serve as a key member of the store leadership team, working alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver results. In this hands-on position, you'll balance strategic responsibilities with front-line execution, ensuring our location runs smoothly and customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee store operations and assist Store Manager with daily management responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and mentor store associates to build a strong, engaged team
• Manage inventory control, merchandise stocking, and product displays
• Maintain cash handling procedures and financial accountability
• Create a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping environment
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Cover opening and closing responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of retail, store operations, or customer service management experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort coaching team members
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic retail setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
