About the Role

As a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform engagements, managing timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction. You'll serve as the principal strategic advisor to clients on their ServiceNow adoption journey, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. This position requires both hands-on leadership and high-level strategic thinking to navigate complex implementations across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor delivery teams through all phases of ServiceNow platform implementations
  • Develop and execute delivery strategies that align with client business goals and technical requirements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including executive communication and escalation resolution
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management across engagements
  • Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and client success metrics are met or exceeded
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow implementations or platform projects at scale
  • Proven track record leading high-performing teams and managing complex client engagements
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, platform customization, and integration)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Background in enterprise software delivery, cloud platforms, or digital transformation
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
