About the Role
As Vice President of Operations, you will serve as a key member of the executive team, overseeing all non-clinical operational functions that support our mission. You'll drive operational excellence across multiple service delivery locations while ensuring alignment with our values of dignity, respect, and sustainable impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across administrative and support functions
- Manage facilities, maintenance, procurement, and vendor relationships to support service delivery
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost management
- Direct human resources operations, payroll, and staff scheduling systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing, and quality standards
- Build and manage high-performing operational teams
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure operations support program goals
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Report to executive leadership on operational metrics and organizational performance
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of operations or executive management experience in healthcare, social services, or related nonprofit sectors
- Proven track record leading operational teams and managing complex budgets
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience with facilities management, vendor management, and procurement systems
- Demonstrated commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved populations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (Master's preferred)
