About the Role
Accenture's Sourcing & Procurement team works with large organizations to redesign and streamline their purchasing functions and supplier relationships. As a Management Consultant, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with C-suite leaders to unlock savings, reduce complexity, and build resilient supply chains. What You'll Do
- Analyze client procurement organizations, spending patterns, and supplier landscapes to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and present strategic recommendations focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and category management excellence
- Lead client teams through implementation of sourcing strategies, contract renegotiations, and process improvements
- Build business cases and ROI models to quantify the impact of proposed changes
