Join Oracle as a full-time North America Sales Representative for our OCI Healthcare division, based in Grandview Heights, Franklin County. You'll drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions serving healthcare and life sciences organizations.
About the Role
Oracle is building a high-performing sales organization for OCI Healthcare, and we need exceptional talent to capture market opportunities in enterprise cloud infrastructure. As a North America Sales Representative, you'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and opportunity qualification through closing enterprise contracts with healthcare organizations and life sciences companies adopting modern cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify enterprise healthcare and life sciences prospects evaluating cloud infrastructure solutions
- Build and advance sales opportunities through discovery, solution design, and commercial negotiation
- Develop and execute territory growth plans to achieve revenue targets
- Partner with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to address customer technical requirements
- Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at healthcare organizations
- Successfully close enterprise-scale infrastructure contracts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling enterprise technology platforms and infrastructure solutions
- Track record identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise deals
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance in regulated healthcare environments
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-directed approach with commitment to exceeding quota
