About the Opportunity

This full-time role places you within one of our established partner funeral homes in the Milwaukee area, where you'll manage funeral arrangements, perform embalming services, and guide families through meaningful celebrations of life. You'll work in a supportive environment that values both professional expertise and genuine care for the families and communities you serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct family consultations to arrange personalized funeral and memorial services
• Perform embalming, restorative procedures, and burial preparation to professional standards
• Direct and coordinate funeral ceremonies, viewings, and graveside services
• Discuss merchandise options and service selections with bereaved families
• Maintain accurate funeral records and ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations
• Coordinate with cemetery and crematory partners on service logistics
• Provide compassionate guidance and support to families throughout the funeral process
• Maintain the funeral home facility to professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin license as a Funeral Director
• Current Wisconsin license as an Embalmer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and empathetic in emotionally sensitive situations
• Knowledge of Wisconsin funeral service laws and regulations
• Physical capability to perform embalming and funeral service duties
• Dedication to serving families and communities with integrity
