About the Role

Join our litigation team at our Dallas, Texas office in a full-time Associate Attorney position. You'll work with experienced trial counsel on complex personal injury matters—cases that matter, representing clients who've suffered significant harm and deserve substantial recovery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support discovery, depositions, and legal research on serious injury claims
  • Prepare motions, legal briefs, and trial documentation for complex cases
  • Collaborate with our trial team on case strategy and preparation
  • Build and maintain client relationships through each phase of litigation
  • Analyze case value, exposure, and settlement strategy
  • Support trial presentation and courtroom proceedings

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
  • Experience handling catastrophic or severe injury cases
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
  • Hands-on knowledge of discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active Texas bar license or eligibility to practice in Texas
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
