About the Role
As VP of Sales, you will own comprehensive accountability for all commercial results in your region. What You'll Do
- Drive net sales growth and margin performance across all business units and customer segments
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies that strengthen market position and competitive advantage
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 30+ sales managers and professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, distribution partners, and cross-functional teams
- Establish sales targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Identify market opportunities, assess channel effectiveness, and recommend business expansion initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in a multi-channel, multi-divisional environment
- Proven track record managing large teams and delivering consistent revenue and margin growth
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance immediate targets and long-term business development
- Strong financial acumen and skill in analyzing sales data and business performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in wholesale, retail, or professional distribution channels is a strong asset
