About the Role
We're recruiting an experienced CT Technician for a travel assignment in Myrtle Beach's Horry County area. This 13-week contract opportunity combines the schedule flexibility that travel healthcare professionals value with meaningful clinical work in a busy diagnostic imaging department.
What You'll Do
- Operate computed tomography equipment to produce diagnostic-quality imaging studies
- Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably for CT procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and clinical standards
- Document procedure details and patient information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to support patient diagnostic outcomes
- Monitor equipment function and alert supervisors to maintenance or technical concerns
What We're Looking For
- Current CT Technician certification and radiography licensure
- Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging systems in clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and reliability—especially comfort with the contracted schedule below
Position Details
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours total
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Compensation: $1,850 per week
