About the Role
As a Notary Signing Coordinator with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll provide professional notarization services to clients across Milwaukee. What You'll Do
- Administer oaths and affirmations to document signers
- Execute jurats with precision and proper legal procedures
- Witness and verify signatures on notarized documents
- Maintain detailed records of all notarial acts and transactions
- Schedule and coordinate signing appointments with clients in Milwaukee County
- Travel to client locations to conduct professional signings
