About the Role

As Director of Building Automation, you'll establish long-term vision and technical direction for our global data center infrastructure. This strategic position owns building management systems, operational technology (OT) controls architecture, cybersecurity protocols, alarm management, systems integration, and operational analytics. You'll lead the evolution of automation practices that underpin reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance across Oracle's data center fleet worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute automation strategy that aligns with OCI's operational needs and infrastructure growth
• Govern building management systems and OT controls architecture across the global data center fleet
• Establish cybersecurity standards and best practices for operational technology systems and alarm management
• Drive the development and deployment of analytics capabilities that deliver insights into facility performance and operational reliability
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable building operations
• Set standards for building automation that enable business continuity and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience leading building automation, data center operations, or operational technology programs
• Deep technical knowledge of building management systems, HVAC controls, power systems, and data center infrastructure
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategy and governance across complex, global environments
• Strong cybersecurity expertise with experience securing operational technology and critical infrastructure
• Leadership capability to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Strategic and technical acumen at the director level
