You'll work in a dynamic acute care setting where you can apply classroom learning to real patient situations while receiving guidance every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across the progressive care unit
- Perform patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and document clinical observations accurately
- Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies under appropriate supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond to patient needs and advocate for their safety and comfort
- Participate in ongoing professional development and orientation programming
- Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the State of Texas
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
