What You'll Do

• Paint bumper and panel components with precision and accuracy
• Blend spot panels and apply clear coat finishes to achieve seamless color matching
• Repair paint chips, scratches, and minor surface damage
• Perform cosmetic corrections and touch-up work on vehicle exteriors
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking for optimal paint application
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and care for spray equipment and workspace safety

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Repair Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, primers, and clear coats
• Proficiency with spray application techniques and color-blending methods
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in surface finishing
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in varied positions
