About the Role
As an Automotive Paint Prep specialist, you will work directly with our Lead Paint Technician to ready vehicles for refinishing. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Paint Technician throughout the vehicle preparation process
- Prep panels and surfaces so they are ready for paint application
- Mask panels carefully to protect areas that should not be coated

- Mix paint and related materials as directed
- Take on additional prep tasks as needed to keep the workflow moving
Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn proper automotive paint prep techniques and follow the lead technician's direction
- Strong attention to detail and a steady, careful approach to hands-on tasks such as sanding and masking
- Comfortable performing physical, on-site work in a busy reconditioning environment
