Twin Health is hiring for a temporary, full-time Member Support Associate position serving English and Spanish-speaking members throughout the United States. You'll support members using our AI-powered Digital Twin platform designed to help them manage and overcome type 2 diabetes, obesity, and other metabolic conditions.

About the Role

As a Member Support Associate, you'll be instrumental in helping our diverse member community get the most from Twin Health's innovative metabolic health program. This full-time temporary role connects directly with members pursuing meaningful health transformation, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and encouragement in their preferred language.

What You'll Do

  • Handle member support requests in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Guide members through account setup and teach them how to use our Digital Twin technology
  • Answer questions about managing type 2 diabetes, obesity prevention, and metabolic wellness
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems; escalate issues beyond your scope to the appropriate team
  • Track and document all member interactions and provide constructive feedback to improve our support
  • Deliver culturally sensitive, compassionate support to members at various stages of their health journey
  • Share member feedback and trends with leadership to inform product and service enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Prior experience in customer support, healthcare support, or a similar service role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate health concepts for members of varied backgrounds
  • Genuine compassion for people managing chronic health conditions
  • Comfort adopting and mastering new technology platforms
  • Dependability, integrity, and a professional approach to member interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in healthcare or customer service are a plus
