What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough security assessments to identify risks and develop tailored protection plans
- Monitor and respond to security concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate security recommendations clearly to clients and team members
- Maintain current knowledge of security threats, best practices, and industry developments
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate protective measures and ensure consistent service quality
- Document incidents and security activity accurately and thoroughly
What We're Looking For
- Relevant background in security, law enforcement, military, or closely related field
- Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to assess risk in complex situations
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach to security protocols and procedures
- Willingness to complete GDBA Training Academy coursework and ongoing professional development
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
Compensation
First-year earnings begin at a minimum base of $90,000, with potential to earn up to $110,000 based on prior relevant experience, GDBA Training Academy performance, and advancement opportunities.
