About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in our People and Transformation practice, you'll partner with executive teams to reimagine how organizations evolve through crisis, restructuring, and strategic change. You'll design and implement people-focused initiatives that align workforce strategies with business objectives, helping clients navigate complexity and build resilient, high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead consulting engagements advising senior executives on organizational restructuring, culture change, and workforce optimization
- Develop transformation strategies that integrate talent, operations, and leadership to achieve measurable business impact
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, assessments, and change readiness analyses to diagnose organizational challenges
- Design and oversee implementation of change management programs, communications plans, and training initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional project teams across multiple client engagements
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and present insights to C-suite and board-level audiences
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of consulting, HR leadership, or organizational development experience
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation, mergers, restructuring, or organizational change initiatives
- Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, talent strategy, and leadership development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build credibility with executive clients
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business challenges into strategic recommendations
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments
