About the Role
Hagerty Consulting specializes in emergency management and homeland security consulting across the United States. The Recovery Division focuses on helping organizations restore operations and build resilience following crises. In this position, you'll contribute directly to national emergency preparedness and recovery efforts, working with government agencies, private sector partners, and community organizations to develop stronger, more responsive systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement recovery strategies and frameworks tailored to client needs
- Assess current preparedness and recovery capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities
- Support clients in designing comprehensive recovery programs that improve organizational and community resilience
- Conduct training and provide technical assistance on recovery operations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex emergency management challenges
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous program improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, or crisis response operations
- Strong knowledge of recovery operations, business continuity, and preparedness planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
