About the Role

As an In-House Recruiter with Kelly Services, you own the recruitment process from start to finish. Based at our Edgewood office, you'll partner with hiring managers across diverse industries, develop candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide placements through completion. Your success directly impacts client satisfaction and candidate career advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and pipeline client assignments
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules
  • Manage offer negotiations and oversee candidate onboarding
  • Maintain detailed records and recruitment metrics in our ATS
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences
