Chemist I/II/III (HR-0433,0434)

SOCCo is seeking a Chemist I, II, or III (HR-0433, HR-0434) for our Piketon, Pike County facility. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to management, offering the opportunity to lead and support analytical chemistry operations in a professional laboratory environment.

About the Role

As a Chemist in this position, you will take on analytical and technical responsibilities central to our laboratory operations. Working under direct management oversight, you will contribute to planning, executing, and directing chemistry lab functions that ensure quality and compliance with established standards. This role offers a structured path for chemists seeking to grow their technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Plan and direct analytical chemistry laboratory activities and experiments
• Conduct chemical analyses using standard laboratory techniques and instrumentation
• Prepare, document, and interpret test results and analytical findings
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity
• Perform routine and complex chemical tests according to established procedures
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements
